Dr. Fabregas has held prestigious leadership roles, including Chief of the Department of Internal Medicine at Memorial Hospital Miramar and Vice-Chairman of the Broward Guardian Accountable Care Organization. His extensive involvement in clinical trials, ranging from novel vaccines to treatments for pulmonary arterial hypertension, demonstrates his dedication to medical progress.
At Medilife Research, Dr. Fabregas leads clinical trials that contribute to the development of innovative treatments and therapies.
His medical journey began at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. Furthering his expertise, he specialized in Urology and became Board Certified in Family Medicine, also achieving Board Eligibility in Geriatric Medicine. His dedication to continued learning and research has significantly contributed to advancements in patient care.
